As the global mining industry continues to advance towards intelligence and unmanned operations, Kaishan Heavy Industry has achieved remarkable success in the field of intelligent equipment, thanks to its outstanding technical research and development capabilities and innovative strength. The company’s intelligent equipment is gradually being deployed in major mines, attracting the attention of numerous domestic and international partners.
From November 19th to 20th, a group of European clients traveled to Yichang, Hubei Province, for an on-site inspection, aiming to gain an in-depth understanding of the “Kaishan Heavy Industry Underground Rock Drilling Robots” they are interested in purchasing. Kaishan Heavy Industry’s President, Xia Jianhui, anothers accompanied the inspection, providing comprehensive introductions and answers to the clients.

On the 19th, the European customer delegation visited Yi’an United Mining to witness the performance of the underground rock drilling robots in actual operation. With just a click of the mouse, the intelligent equipment automatically adjusted the vehicle’s level, conducted high-precision automatic scanning, generated a three-dimensional model of the tunnel, and quickly completed hole opening and drilling operations after precise positioning. Its advantages in intelligence, efficiency, and energy savings were fully displayed. Compared to traditional drilling rigs, the unmanned operation mode of the underground rock drilling robots won great recognition from the delegation members. “I never imagined it could perform drilling operations so perfectly until I stood right in front of it,” exclaimed a client who personally entered the mine tunnel after observing the rock drilling robot in action.

On the first day of the 20th, the client delegation visited Xingfa Group’s Shukongping Phosphate Mine for an on-site inspection. Here, the underground rock-drilling robots have achieved batch application, enabling clients to gain deeper insights into the performance and application effectiveness of this intelligent equipment. In the operation command center of Shukongping, Kaishan Heavy Industry’s underground rock-drilling robots once again demonstrated superior performance. Delegation members unanimously commented: “Kaishan’s intelligent drilling rig never ceases to amaze us!”
Subsequently, the client delegation proceeded to Kaishan Heavy Industry’s Hubei plant, where they gained comprehensive insights into the R&D history and production processes of the underground rock-drilling robots. The modernized production lines, rigorous management systems, and employees’ professional expertise within the facility left a profound impression on the clients.

Following two days of on-site inspections and in-depth exchanges, the European client delegation offered high praise for Kaishan Heavy Industry’s technological capabilities and market potential in underground rock-drilling robotics. This inspection tour not only marked a successful collaborative endeavor but also established a new starting point for joint progress and co-creation of a shared future between both parties!
